Hi again! Sorry for the long delay between posts. With being about 3 weeks away from the birth of our second son we have been a little pre-occupied, plus we have really just been doing a few small clean up projects that we have been meaning to do but putting off for "More Bang for your Buck" projects.
We have actually started on the bigger "kitchen counter and sink redo" project, but is still "in-process."
Here are the Sink and Countertops we will be using. Greg has been indulging me lately so we sprang for the fancy double bowl farmhouse sink I have been coveting at Ikea. However, do to some cutting limitations on our end we will be going with two style of countertops.
Here is the cabinets without the countertops at the moment and the other side to show that not all our projects are nice clean endeavors. 
Meanwhile, here are some of the smaller projects we did while on blog hiatus.
We added sliding screens for our sliding glass door.
During the winter months it will ensure heat stays in and also provide more shade in the summer.
We changed out our nice large photo of the Seattle skyline for three picture shelves. (I needed a place to store my growing salt and pepper shaker collection) Doesn't look too nice right now, but I am hopping it will look better soon. We also switched out our other previous photo for a picture of Asian cuisine.

I love the sink that you chose! Can't wait to see the end results.
I've been driving Gavin crazy with all these projects I want to do now rather than later to avoid feeling overwhelmed in the last few weeks.
The sliding screens are a great idea! Didn't know they really had those.
